At Kettlewell, we want you to love every color you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Complete the Form
Mark the items you are returning on the dispatch note included in your package and indicate whether you would like a refund or a different size or color.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with their original tags still attached back into the reusable mailing bag, ensuring the completed returns form is tucked inside.
Attach the Label
Peel off the pre-paid Royal Mail return label provided in your original shipment and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery addresses.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to any Post Office branch to receive a proof of postage receipt, which you should keep until your refund or exchange has been processed.
